An 18th Century Cake recipe invented by Austrian Franz Sacher, Rich Chocolate cake with apricot jam, glazed in chocolate. 8 inch, 8 portions. The chocolate cake recipe has a small amount of flour, but a high percentage of almond flour(finely ground almonds). This gives it, its distinct delicate texture, moistness and rich flavor.
