A special order is normally something you are trying to plan ahead for.  A celebration cake or food trays to be delivered for your gathering.  In most cases you can find what you want in our products menu and order it right here online.  You can comment any details when you order.  If you do not find what you are looking for feel free to send us a message at "contact us" or call (845) 758-6500 between 9am-5pm Mon.-Fri.  We can accomodate most requests within a day or two and maybe even less.
