We have the equipment and staff to service any size job. We have experience at outdoor events that host 5,000 to 100,000 people per day with as many as four retail units. References are available.
Century Mobile Bakery
Designed by Dan Budd, engineered and constructed by Century Industries and Anchor Industries.This mobile bakery cafe is one of a kind in the world. It is constructed of welded aluminum and is completely self sufficient (when necessary).Blodgett oven, three bay sinks, pressurized water filtration, freezer and refrigeration, coffee and espresso machines and blenders, ultra quiet onan generator, indoor/outdoor lighting, service counters, waste pumps, and three way banners. All this along with a collapsible hitch, leveling jacks, full skirting and a fold out cafe service area, turns this trailer into a mobile bakery. Our service is uniquely open and visible to customers. In fact most customers are hard pressed to see a trailer once the bakery is set up.
Anchor Tent Bakeries
In some events it is not possible to roll in our bakery. In such cases we transport all the components of our bakery in a cargo trailer that assembles on site under an Anchor Tent system. As functional as the mobile bakery with a little more set up time this Anchor system is clean, attractive, durable to the weather and ready to serve the masses.
Pop-Up Canopy
We can assemble a very quick 10’X10’ Canopy pop-up booth to serve most of our menu items. Great for smaller events or satellite sites at larger events. Less weather resistant but still a clean and attractive service.
